Booking online
When booking, 100% of the amount must be paid. A booking is considered valid
when Katterjåkk Apartments has received the payment, and the booker, has received
a written confirmation of the booking from Katterjåkk Apartments.
Booking via phone/email
When booking by phone or email, you will receive an invoice for the booking amount
(100%). The invoice must be paid within 48 hours if arrival is within 21 days.
Otherwise due date is 21 days before arrival. The booking is considered valid when
Katterjåkk Apartments has received the payment, and the booker has received
written confirmation of the booking from Katterjåkk Apartments. If the payment is not
received by Katterjåkk Apartments within the specified timeframe, the booking will be
void.
All bookings
Since the booking has been paid, the booker has accepted the current payment and
cancellation terms, as well as the general terms of Katterjåkk Apartments.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total
price of the booking for cancellations within 21 days before arrival. In case of a no-
show, the guest will be charged the total price of the booking. Cancellation must be in
writing and is only valid after written confirmation from Katterjåkk Apartments. For
bookings via Booking.com, their cancellation rules apply.
General terms
By completing and paying for a booking, you agree to the booking and cancellation
rules of Katterjåkk Apartments. Katterjåkk Apartments is a smoke-free facility.
Katterjåkk Apartments is not responsible for valuables stored in rooms/facilities. In
case of damage caused by you as a guest, you are fully liable for damages and any
consequential effects. Guests who behave disruptively and/or do not follow rules and
instructions from staff may be immediately expelled from the facility without a refund
of rent. Adults/parents are responsible for accompanying children. Katterjåkk
Apartments cannot be held responsible for a booking that cannot be used due to
circumstances beyond the facility’s control, such as weather, accidents, or closed
roads.
Katterjåkk Apartments has the right, due to circumstances beyond our control, to
occasionally close parts of the facility for repairs or other reasons. If rebooking is not
possible and a booked stay goes unused, Katterjåkk Apartments’ liability never
exceeds the amount paid for accommodation.
